This application serves as a comprehensive test tone generator, offering a high level of functionality despite its straightforward interface. It stands out as one of the most feature-rich audio generator apps available, regardless of price point.

The app allows for the combination of up to four independent audio sources, with the option to route the mixed output to the left and/or right channels. Each channel features a phase switch to facilitate precise signal alignment. The available test tone types include sine wave, square wave, triangle wave, sawtooth wave, white noise, and pink noise.

As demonstrated in the sample images, the first source is intentionally simple to ensure ease of use. The second source introduces more complexity, enabling frequency sweeping for sine waves. The third source is similar but aligns frequencies with a musical scale (reference note at 440Hz). The fourth source generates narrow band noise.

Frequency selection is streamlined through rotating knobs, while a waveform display at the bottom of the first tab provides a visual representation of the generated signal. Additionally, the app indicates the RMS power output per channel and flags any clipping that may occur when sources are combined.

It is important to note that the built-in speaker has limited frequency reproduction capabilities, generally below 400Hz and above 11,000Hz. For accurate audio perception of these extremes, high-quality headphones or a HiFi system are recommended.
